steam cleaning (hot water extraction method)

From our experience the steam clean method is the best. Hot cleaning solution consisting of water and cleaning agent is sprayed with pressure on carpet and then is extracted by powerful vacuum and all dirty solution is stored in recovery tank which can be emptied afterwards. This method has a advantage to “deep clean” the carpet which cannot be done with dry cleaning. This is because the machine works the solution into the pile which makes the cluster of soil, liquid etc. Loosen up and be easily removed by extraction or strong vacuuming.

Our superior carpet cleaning is carried out in a few essential steps:

1. Pre-vacuum: Very first and important is to vacuum the carpet thoroughly to remove majority of loosely attached foreign particles from the pile of the carpet.
2. Spraying Spraying non toxic pre spay on the carpet is next . This helps dissolve majority of dirt, soils, common stains from the carpet pile. This makes it easier to pull them out later during extraction process..
3. Stain removal Satin removal is performed on those stubborn stains that might seem difficult to remove. Depending on type and age of stain, different process will be performed to treat the stain appropriately and professionally using necessary solvents/chemicals and procedure.
4. Scrubbing/ Deep Cleaning: Next is Scrubbing the carpet pile with rotatory machine or manual action .This will help penetration of chemicals into soils/dirt and thus assists in soil suspension and dislodgment of stubborn heavy traffic soiling and tough stains.
5. Steam Cleaning and Deodorising Last step is to suck all those isolated soil and foreign particles from the pile of carpet with high powered steam machine extractor. This is followed by deodorising your carpet.
