Every job starts with a pre-spray and agitation of stains and high-use areas, followed by a high-temperature extraction pass that removes the loosened soil, allergens and dust mites. For pet households we add an enzyme treatment that breaks down odour at the source.

Because we control moisture carefully, carpets are typically touch-dry within 2–4 hours rather than the full day cheaper methods leave you waiting. If a treated stain wicks back as it dries, we return and re-treat it — and we can bundle carpet steam with an end of lease clean to save on both.
